📋 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BabyCare application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

📱 Use of the App

Permitted Use

BabyCare is designed for personal, non-commercial use to help parents and caregivers track their baby's daily activities. You may:

• Track feeding, sleep, and diaper changes
• Monitor your baby's growth
• Export your data for personal records
• Use the app on devices you own or control

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair it
• Share your subscription access with others

💳 Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Plans

BabyCare offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Monthly and annual subscription options are available
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. After cancellation:

• You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• Your account will revert to the free tier
• Your data will be preserved, but some features may become limited

⚕️ Medical Disclaimer

The App is designed solely for informational and tracking purposes. Please note:

• Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice
• Do not rely solely on the App for health-related decisions
• Growth charts and analytics are for reference only
• Seek immediate medical attention for any health concerns

We are not responsible for any health-related decisions made based on information from the App.

📊 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights to your personal data.

• Your data is stored locally on your device
• You can export your data at any time (Pro feature)
• You can delete your data at any time
• Uninstalling the App deletes all local data

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Verumay Creative and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

🔄 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top
• For significant changes, we will provide notice within the App
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

🏛️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
